Q&A with Ed Davey
Plymouth Liberal Democrats joined other local parties in the region on Monday morning (29th of June), to take part in a question and answer session with acting leader Ed Davey MP.
The session was Chaired by Caroline Voaden from the South Hams local party, and was attended by many across the region. Ed outlined his ambitions for the party and his leadership campaign, along with details of a Green Recovery Plan. Questions were asked by members on a range of topics from coronavirus response, green economy for the South West, NHS wastage in contracts, membership and diversity, as well as looking at Ed's experience over the last years as an MP.
We now look forwards to hearing both leadership candidates in future Liberal Democrat husting events, prior to voting.
