Our priorities for Plymouth in the 2018 local elections

Our local election campaign has been progressing well over the last few weeks, as the 3rd May approaches. For the first time in several years we have candidates standing in all 19 city wards. We are offering a unique choice for city residents who feel let down by a succession of Tory and Labour controlled councils.

This is what we want to achieve...

We will make sure the essentials in your area are taken care of. Bins emptied. Streets cleaned. Street lights on. Potholes repaired. Pavements maintained. Recycling increased. Traffic lights reviewed. Road works delay the fewest not the most.

These are our Six Priorities for Plymouth:

1) Rescue our stretched and under-funded health service
2) Provide jobs and employment opportunities for all
3) Take steps to raise school standards across the city
4) Deal with litter and fly tipping and provide a food waste collection
5) Campaign for more affordable housing and social housing
6) Improve resources within the local community
